"Do not order anything from Hobbylinc.com. I emailed to ask if they had the A/C Robart paint shaker in white, and they responded that they did a few days later. I placed my order yesterday morning (just after getting their email about the color) and called immediately after to make sure they would make a note about the color since it was pictured on their site as the black/orange version. The guy told me that they "guarantee nothing" and would just give me whatever they picked out of the box, so I said to cancel my order. Somehow we corresponded through email where they got really rude to me and started mocking me, and I told them that I was upset that they had wasted so much of my time, especially that I spend the day checking my PayPal account for the refund. They still haven't started to process a refund and I believe that they are dragging it out just be mean. What the heck, I was trying to give them my business?!"
"Great prices. Slow shipping process, but this place states that this is the reason they have the lowest prices. If you can wait for up to a week to see your order then this is the place for you. It seems nobody can compete with Hobbylinc's prices. Yes, when you click on the track order link from their website it will say "waiting to be pulled from the warehouse" for a couple of days, but they do get your product to you eventually. Patience is a virtue, especially in Hobby modelling. "

"I was shopping for a Union Pacific diesel locomotive and came across the Hobbylinc website. The locomotive that I was looking, and found had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They had the locomotive in stock and ready to ship out. With their price plus shipping, it came to less than some other places for just the locomotive alone. I completed the order in a flash.
It shipped when they said it would and to my surprise, it arrived in perfect condition a day or two before I expected it.
