Use Amazon. Holabird’s return policy stinks.

"I bought a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 20s. I’ve been wearing Gel Nimbus since #9 and I’ve always bought 12.5. Apparently Asics changed the toe box and these were too small. I called Holabird and I was forced to pay the return shipping. "

Customer service and returns need work

" Initially my experience was excellent. There was plenty of info on the website, the company offered free returns and two day shipping. The shoes came quickly and seamlessly. However, when the shoes simply did not fit my foot type and I needed to return the process was painstaking to say the least and has yet to resolve. The process for returning was unclear and left me having to speak with representatives and wait for emails. I even had to send an email following up again asking for a return authorization number which no one responded to and left me having to wait then call an additional time. When I spoke to the second representative she was abrupt with me and seemed irritated that I wanted a full return rather than to exchange the shoes through the company. On the return form the process is not very clear and of course options are only printed on the form for exchange and store credit but not for a refund which of course my purchase is entitled to. It’s been almost two weeks. STILL waiting on the refund and no communication from the company. I will not be purchasing from Holabird in the future. I’m a repeat marathoner and Boston qualifier, so I do a minimum of a thousand miles in a year and go through lots of shoes. Your loss Holabird. I wanted to love you."

FEDEX damaged box - Vendors 2E size is way small

"Always purchased from Holabird Sports for decades. Delivery was fast, box was damaged by FEDEX, but items were in good shape.

Sneaker size for 2E was not sized correctly by vendor/manufacturer. I complained about this once before about same vendor - seems as the years went by - vendors manufacturer is cutting corners.

Holabird owes it to it's customer base to see that all product carrier and sold by them meet quality standards.

Do to the holiday rush was not able to make return. Most likely will give these to someone else who's feet can fit them.
