Homary responded with this: "Dear customer, Hope this email finds you well. We have received your picture. Meanwhile, if you could kindly consider keeping this order, we are glad to offer you a 50 USD refund. If you would like to accept this offer, please kindly let us know, so we may process it for you as soon as possible." I responded No, I would like a full refund, please tell me where to send it back with a shipping label and they have not responded. I sent another email asking the status of my return label and they did not respond. I am going to turn them into the BBB and challenge the charge on my credit card statement.

"I am on my sixth round of emails with these con artists, after they sent me a desk that had no hardware and would not stay level/even on top. First, my concerns were ignored and I was told to take a 5% discount after I left a review detailing my awful experience on their website. Then, I told them what the issue was again, and they AGAIN told me to keep it and take a 5% discount for my next order. I reiterated my need for a refund and for someone to pick up this piece of s!?€ from my house. I was told to take pictures of the item and the packaging, which I had already thrown out- how would I have known I needed to keep it? Then a new person responded after I said that I still wanted a refund. They offered to send the hardware and asked me to keep it. I AGAIN repeated that that would be dumb because it’s not level. NOW they’re saying they want to try to replace the top of the desk to see if that would make it more level. So here I am, making their scam public.

Never, EVER do business with Homary. I didn’t even get into the fact that the expected delivery date for my item was 6-10 weeks (which was great because I was ordering it for my new house a month early). It arrived in 2 weeks. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to have it delivered until I moved, and they refused to store it for me until then. Then they charged me $33 to change the address to my current apartment 10 min away. Then they said they would not help unload it into my apartment- they would just drop it on the curb. I told them that if their office was local and CLOSE BY, I would pick it up. They made me drive THREE HOURS ROUND TRIP to go get it, and as far as I know, they still have my $33 along with the nearly $1100 I paid for the item initially. This process has taken years off my life. IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO BUY FROM THEM. LOOK ELSEWHERE."

"I purchased another piece from Homary and needed a coffee table and needed to stay with a certain budget. This coffee table went perfect with the table console I purchased even though they were two different pieces. It was easy to assemble and was delivered on time."

"I bought the 72.8" leathaire sofabed. What was delivered to my home was as **** poor copy of the original. The seat cushions were 2.5" thick; they also served as the mattress. My dog had a thicker cushion in her bed. The cushions along the back support were appropriately 5 inches too short and not wide enough to touch. The sofa was delivered hours earlier than I was told or expected and left in my yard on a showery day. My 83 yr. old father moved it to my covered porch. That within itself should have tipped me off to a bad experience. I loved the design, but for the amount of $$$ I was spending, I expected to get what was pictured, not the garbage I received. It has been returned. I doubt I'll ever buy from them again. I wish I could post the pictures so you could see for yourself. "

"Literally one of the WORST companies I have EVER dealt with. DO YOU RESEARCH!!!! The reviews on their website ARE ABSOLUTELY FAKE!!!! They have ZERO negative reviews on their site. NO COMPANY HAS ZERO NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! But...when you look online at Google, Trustpilot and the BBB, they tell the REAL story.

I purchased a chair in August 2021. I was told at that time that my chair would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I am a designer and purchased the chair for a client. The 4-6 week time period comes and goes and no chair. I called and they said it was delayed and that I would have it in a couple weeks. Two more weeks go by and NOTHING. Then I called back and they said it was on a boat sitting at the local port waiting to be unloaded. Said it would be another couple weeks. Two MORE weeks goes by and STILL NOTHING. I called and emailed this time. They told me that it had to travel to a different port to get unloaded. I looked at their "tracking" information and it told me that it had arrived at the local warehouse and was waiting to be delivered. I called and asked when that was going to happen.

Come to find out, their tracking information is 100% FALSE. As of the time I am writing this review, I am 13 WEEKS into a 4-6 week delivery time!!!! When I pressed them on the phone for answers, all they say is that it is on it's way. I told them that it appears that they are running a scam by taking people's money and never ordering the furniture. I then told them that I was going to call the police and report them for FRAUD!

Now they are telling me that even though their "tracking" system says my chair is at the local warehouse ready to be delivered, it is actually sitting at a port in China waiting to be loaded on the boat that will bring it to the US. AFTER THIRTEEN WEEKS OF WAITING IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET?!?!?!?! I don't know that I really believe that since 100% of what they have told me up to this point has been a lie.

They are going to respond to this negative review as they do to ALL negative reviews they have online...WHICH IS A LOT!!! They are going to say "We are a startup company and their are areas we need to improve...." That is CRAP!!! According to their website, they have been in business since 2012. I would say that a decade of lying to customers is enough time to figure out that some things are REALLY wrong.

I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU SHOULD RUN. HOW CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. I am 100% going to report them to every law enforcement entity that will take my call. They are thieves...and when you call them on it, they don't want to talk about it. I asked the agent I spoke with last if he knew how many reviews there are online with people going through the same thing I am. He told me that talking about that didn't fix my problem and then refused to help me any further.
