"after 19 days that i order many thing from them still they said maybe 1 more month i have to wait !!! when u order from them they saying delivery time 4 to 10 days !!!"
"Lies. Lies. Lies. Lies. Lies. This company has been dishonest at every phase of my transaction.
1. Promise: Delivery w/in 6 days. Actual 52 days.
2. Told it was warehoused in atlanta. I offered to pick it up (i live local). Told no because of covid. Item wasn't actually in atlanta. Think China.
3. Item arrived. Color didn't match site.
4. Requested return. I was told I could return it to the warehouse myself. Was given operating hours. First attempt, the warehouse was closed. Second Attempt. Receiver offered no receipt. I recorded the entire transaction and had him sign a copy of the return authorization saying it was received.
5. Called Customer service while in the warehouse. I was told i would receive a refund in 7 days. It has not been 14 days.
Today, I go to the police and file a report. "
"Bought 2 reclining chairs from them in May and they were delivered end of July. After waiting months for these I was shocked as to what turned up - they were a cheap imitation of what was depicted online both in fabric and manufacture to the point that they are were not fit for purpose. I contacted Homary (the same day of delivery) and several times after that both via email and via the website return request, I sent pictures to show the poor quality of the chairs and explained that we could not use them as they were flimsy and unstable when sitting on.
The response was an email saying "Maybe due to different display settings of a computer monitor and the shooting light of the pictures, a little difference between the actual product and the pictures may be expected" and that they would refund me £16 as compensation to keep the chairs as the cost of returning is too great. Well at this point I was fuming, having spent over 20 times that for a product that is completely unusable, I have continued to contact them, again explaining my rights as a consumer and that they need to be returned however I have not had any response since and have now opened up a dispute with my credit card company. I even advised them of this, as on their website it says to please get in touch with them before raising card disputes, but again they never responded.
WARNING : The product images on the website look fantastic but beware what you see is not what you get - you would be throwing your money down the drain. Also the worst customer service I have ever encountered, to ignore customer emails and concerns is absolutely disgraceful behaviour - hoping that customers will tire and give up is not a way to run a company. They probably don't even care about online reviews either. "

"I've ordered 3 items from Homary now, they are great, but shipping is always soooo delayed. I am not talking about a few weeks, but several months. Each time the company has blamed COVID. This can't be the case because I placed orders about 1 year apart and they can't provide updated tracking or information. If you have the luxury of waiting 2-3 months for an item to arrive, they are pretty good, but if not the customer service is very slow to respond and always gives inaccurate information."
"This was my first purchase with Homary and I'll never use them again. I ordered a desk costing over £700 from them, which on assembling, did not fit together properly. The replacement parts from Homary took another 2 weeks to arrive and they still did not fit.
Having then requested a refund from Homary, twice, and within my statutory period, they did not refund me - which I believe is in breach of UK consumer Law. Instead I had to report Homary to Mastercard, who have refunded me instead (thank you Mastercard).
If you value your hard earned money and are seeking a quality furniture product, I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere."
"Who are these babies that can't wait for stuff in a pandemic...entitled infants....boo hoo my stuff was delayed! I ordered a table that took 5 months to get here and it is awesome and I am so glad to have it. It is a quality piece - exaclty as pictured, was a GREAT price and I saw it on other sites for 4x's as much money. Yes distribution systems have been disrupted but it is not this companies fault! These complainers were probably the people hoarding all the toilet paper!"

"I ordered an end table. Some of the reviews I read had me worried that A-I’d get the runaround or B-I’d have to seek a refund through PayPal, which is a bit of a pain. Not the case at all! I ordered July 8, had an email with tracking number & carrier (FedEx) about 24 hours later. I had it in my porch July 12. Tracking indicates it came from Houston, not China. When I opened it, it was nicely packaged, and it was easy to just screw on the legs. Mine really did not have a major assembly process. If I had found this at Target, I might have paid higher than $80. It’s a metal end table shaped like a TV. Very unique, and the metal was a nice sturdy weight. Color was nicely painted and was true to what I saw on the website. Very pleased!"
