"I purchased a dining room table from this site. They sent me a confirmation email and charged my credit card for the purchase. Two days later I received an update email that the table was being "inspected and prepared for shipment." Two days after that I received an email saying that the manufacturer was no longer even making that table. It seems that their listing of the item was out of data and all the emails sent to me were auto-generated and false. I wrote to them to complain about wasting my time and sending me false updates after having charged my credit card for the full purchase. I got a response in broken English that had nothing to do with my complaint, indicating that the item was no longer shown for sale on their website! "
"I made a purchase on the 10th of october for a 700 dollar stools and table. I can barely afford this but after much debate made the purchase. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. The emails i recieved after my purchase had links of my order that displayed "error" when i tried opening them. When i tried logging into my Homery account it said "use valid email". When i emailed you and messaged you through your website i received no reply. I called your 24 hour service and was on hold for 1 hour and never spoke with anyone. Is this a complete SCAM??? "If you want to get your vanity months later than it was promised, you should order from Homary. Absolutely ridiculous shipping times and customer service is terrible. I was promised a 3-12 day delivery window and relied on this timing to schedule my contractor to come and build out my bathroom. It's been a month and a half, and still don't have the vanity. Every time I contact Homary, they keep pushing back the delivery timeline. They've pushed it back 5 times with one single order! My contractor is very annoyed because he is waiting for the vanity to finish the job. I'm sure you guys know how hard it is to get your contractor to come out in the first place. "

This is the worst site with poor quality furniture. I tempered the table in February and received it in May. it stood for 14 days and cracked in half (please see attached picture). I paid $ 300 to take out the broken countertop, because it is terribly heavy and the cleaners do not pick it up. When asked to refund the money to me, they replied that a month had passed since the moment of ordering and they would not return the money to me for the table, but offered to send a new tabletop. I had no choice and I agreed. Received after 2 months. A month later, the tabletop also broke, exactly in the middle. My letter was answered briefly by homary.com - a month has passed at the time of ordering. Money will not be refund. They cannot replace the table with another, more durable one. They can send again a defective countertop. Of course I refused. I've already spent $ 600 to take out the broken countertops. The price of the table was $ 1699. This is the worst purchase of my life !!! make your own conclusions to be their client.

"I bought her faucet on-line. After installing it, the hammer water sound is occurred. I called to clarify the issue to her customer service and it came up to be such matter is very normal and no way to fix it. Even though I reordered a new faucet from her and replaced the old one, it won't fix any issue and the problem is come up more terrible. Every times I switch on cold water anywhere in my house, the water hammer sound is occurred and caused louder and louder pounding sound. If I have changed the whole faucet, it will cost me more $1500. Moreover, this company source is from China and all her products are made from China too. "After reading reviews I was a little scared. But I fell in love with this orange couch and couldn't let go. That being said it could not have gone better. The couch is perfect, exactly as pictured. It came in about 2 weeks and was well wrapped and needed almost no assembly. I will use Homary again. I had a great experience "
