I began calling Home Advisor at 11 trying to find out what was going on. I have been placed on hold twice for more than 30 minutes each time. There is no supervisor to speak to and one can call me back in 24-48 hoYes. REALLY???? No, they have no idea if my card has been charged. Soooo.....a no show, no call “pro”, which may have cost me $271 and a customer service department that is basically useless. BEWARE OF HOME ADVISOR."
