"An hour after i posted with HomeAdvisor, Maurizio called and said he was doing a job nearby and would stop by when he was done. An hour later, he arrived. He worked fast, discovered all that was wrong - my 20-year-old control, a clogged filter, a sluggish unit. All was fixed within an hour."
