"The site lost my project and I had to call the help line. The person who assisted me was understanding and tried to help but could only send my project to one contractor because of some problems with the site. I eventually responded to the feedback request asking for more potential bidders but the site couldn't contact them so I was sent phone numbers.I returned to the site tonight to try to contact the providers since my work makes it hard to call during regular business hours. I was able to get email addresses for all but one of the recommendations, but it was very frustrating and nothing like the service you promise. I suppose I just wasted my time because this will just go to some poor developer who has nothing to do with the bad service."
