"As a contractor, this company is nothing but expensive problems. Their leads vary in description, size, consistency.
Their "customer service" is questionable, argumentative, and downright rude.
They claim to want to protect their customer, but really are only out to milk the money out of the contractors they list.
You're much better as a customer to ask co-workers, friends, family, or even Angie's List for recommendations--you're NOT helping a local company through this joke of a website--they're sucking the profits right out of your contractor's pockets.

"I received several unsolicited phone calls from pushy contractors. Two did not show up, One tried to come 2 hours before the scheduled estimate. All the estimates I received were anywhere from double to triple the average price paid by others having the same work done. I found a contractor on my own on craigslist who did the job in 3 hours and charged half what the average rate was on home advisor. I had one contractor quote me $2400 for this 3 hour job dont waste your time or clog up your inbox with the spam"
