"Great experiences, I found a wonderful contractor and garage door company through Home Advisor. One issue I had is I couldn't find a decent roofer through you, so I found a roofer on my own per neighbors' recommendations. One roofer never got back to me to give me an estimate. Another roofer kept changing the initial estimate he quoted us, so we didn't feel comfortable using him. But overall, I am happy with Home Advisor and had great service from the contractor and garage door company I found through you."
"Home Advisor is fine. App is not. I selected a date/time that it offered, only to be told it was not available so it returned me to the appt time page to select another time, which I did. Then it told me that the time it offered me and that I selected, was not available. I gave up. Don't offer a time if it is not available. Also, there was not a graceful way to exit the app. When I did get out, I got a confirmation that my appointment time was accepted, although the app said it was NOT available. I don't know if the pro will show up tomorrow or not."

They keep calling and are very rude.Their contractors are not pre-screenings and they will favor the ones that have great reviews. Which some do not look real because some have three reviews in the same day! Just another scam. Use a company like Angie’s list. I found three great contractors to give us a quote on our bathroom remodel"
