"The guy was a total rip off. He didn't know what he was doing and messed everything up. I should have a refund for the damage and extra work he created for me. Painting was like a two year old's, installing a storm door with three screws??? Taking down an old light, broke it, glass everywhere. He didn't clean it up. When he finished painting he also didn't clean up, asked me to do it.
The guy was drinking on the job, is totally unqualified to be a handyman and on top of that he took the floor gauge tool that I BOUGHT! If you have an integrity, you would refund my money, I got NOTHING for it. Nor will I ever use you again, and won't hesitate to turn people away from your business."

I told him to leave because I'd made no agreement with him. For this HomeAdvisor charged me $315. I've asked them to reimburse me, nothing yet. The "pro" I had spoken with and explained what I wanted done did the work and I paid the agreed upon sum. If I'm not compensated, I'll certainly warn everyone I speak with about Home Advisor! This is no reflection on the hard working laborers, I honor labor.
