"This company is simply dreadful. I ordered a bedframe and two mattresses online which were never delivered after over a month. I had to change the delivery time twice but never got a delivery. at one point I got a call from a delivery driver at 8:30 pm (in Ramadane), and having waited for him for four hours, he never showed up nor did he call to apologize. I tried to call the driver but he would just shut my call down. I sent many emails and called their customer services many times but nothing was ever done, apart from telling me that an email was sent and I would get contacted within 48 hours. This experience stressed me, and I would never go through this again and would not recommend it to anyone. One star is a star too many for this company."
"I had bought a sofa set worth Rs.2 lakhs in 2021 December. Within six months of purchase, the fabric of the headrest part of the sofa began to move. It eventually became completely tore. I bought this from home centre in bangalore Phoenix mall. When I went to the store and spoke, the store manager told me to speak to a fabric section handler called Satish. He said it is still under warranty & he will email to the concern department etc. Later I realised the fact that it was the store people tow until the warranty period was over.
When I called the customer care, I got to know that there is nothing they can do about it. The reply was no to the question of whether I could pay a reduced amount of cash and help in any way. When we went there to register a complaint, a customer who came to buy furniture sat on a chair and saw that it broke and fell down and sprained his leg. Please no one buy from home center specially phoenix market city bangalore. Lately, I am releasing that even if I had gone to a normal shop and made a purchase of 20 thousand rupees, I would have got better quality and service than this. This review is to prevent others not to fall in their scam and whatever happened to us should not happen to anyone else again. "
"Bought dining chair set few months ago. Within months, one of the chair's leg was broken suddenly due to poor quality. Filed replacement complaint and it is been 2 months, no replacement provided despite of several follow ups. They cite out of stock as a reason but do not provide accurate date or give follow up call. Extremely pathetic and rude behavior from some of their staff as if it is my fault."
"Worst ever service and cheap products
This is to keep you inform i have recently bought sofa in which there are some wooden pieces missing internally where we rest our hands, I have raised issue with customer services and registered a complaint against the same issue , post that there was a guy who came to check and took pictures and left without saying after 3 days i got a call from customer service saying we will not able to repair it cause of non maintenance.
when wooden pieces are missing inside sofa where no one can reach they simple declined it to repair cause they need to unstitch that will cost them
they simple blame customers while i was buying they said there is 6 month warranty for any damages now if anything happens is to blame customer, if i would have read google review before buying i would have chosen peppery fry or Ikea.
its just 3 month old sofa costed me 55k very cheap quality and services, i wrote mails and messaged ever where they reply me saying same thing which i have got for first complain"
"had Worst experience with homecentre. Would not recommend them to anyone. It's complete waste of your money. They deliver wrong product and when asked for exchange or return they don't accept it. I have been following up with them from past 18 days yet no resolution. Everytime they say product once delivered cannot be returned according to their policy. What should I be doing with the wrong product. I ordered bed with 150*203 dimensions and they delivered 180*210 which is mistake from their side. Their app was incorrect. When asked for exchange for the correct dimensions i ordered, they are not responding. It is just lying in the bedroom from 20days and my senior parents for whom I bought this are sleeping in living room on floor from 20days. I did a mistake buying bed for them from homecentre. They were atleast sleeping peacefully earlier on their old bed which we had given it to others. Because of these guys they are suffering with back pain and knee pain. Home centre is a beggar i can say. They just want money from customers and does not provide good service. And doesn't bother pain of customers. I have to spend 1 hour daily calling customer care. It's like mental torture. They harass you mentally. If you want to harrasment, mental torture and no peace in life just buy some product here you will get all those for free."
