Spectra jug

"Please do not buy any product in homecentre. I am the new customer and placed an order for spectra jug and coffee cup of two set.
I have received the product on 22nd March 2021 and when I open the box and I saw the spectra jug was too old and scratched all over the body. I was really upset the way I received the order, then I received only one set of coffee cup. No one bother to help me here now! My hard earn money is gone now.
I suggest everyone not to place an order here! This people completely looting us like thief’s.

"What a dreadful company to have to deal with.
I would give zero star if possible.
Their were credit balance of 1399 ₹ in my homecenter app.. and one day I noticed it was showing zero credit balance... since then I regularly mailing then and calling their customer care but no response... Absolutely ridiculously horrific customer service. Honestly they are horrible

Zero star if possible

"I would give zero star if possible. Purchased a sofa bed that has two years warranty. Base frame broke after a year of light use. The sofa is like new condition and it is mostly use by my mom (less thank 60 kg)
I called their customer service to register a repair request. They sent their rep. to take pictures. Few days later I called to follow up and to my surprise, my request is rejected due to mishandling and I should pay 200AED to fix it. I asked to speak to a supervisor or quality team member. The answer I got”sir this is final and you can’t speak to anyone”
REALLY?

I filed a complain with consumer affairs. Regardless of the outcome” NEVER HOME CENTER AGAIN”

Customer support team is not at all supportive

"I purchased curtains from home center online - Order #9995979336. As it was not worth the price, raised return request, which was picked up the next day.

Now, I was waiting for my refund, which has not been processed till date. Order pickup on 25 the june but no update on refund till yet- 10 july.

have mailed there support team, each time am getting same template reply please have patience we are looking in to it. then contacted their chat and fb page also but same reply. we have escalated the issue. No one is giving me proper deadline how long it gonna take.

Then I called them on there number and person answering there was so rude . not understanding the concern properly and keep on saying it will be resolved in 48 hour.

God know how many 48 hours these people need. How long will I be tracking for my refund. You wait 48 hours for there mail response to only get response as we are working have patience.

have been shopping online for long and with many website. never ever I had any issue with returns n refund. worst site and worst support team who can not even handle the returns n refund.

What is my fault? my 2000 is gone. Nor do I have product nor money. What patience are they expecting each time.

Bad Quality Chinese Furniture

"I had purchased a Bed from Home center at VR Punjab Mall in Mohali (Punjab) vide Bill No. 015121620002170 dated 20/08/2019.
The Bed was assembled by their staff. The supports fastened below the bed were not placed properly and/or had a manufacturing defect and could not handle the weight due to which the bed broke. The technician who visited to check the issue had acknowledged the fact that there was an issue in the fasteners which could not support the panel which had been placed on them. Their review team failed to analyze the issue and responded in a very negative way. I was a regular customer of Homecenter but this experience has been very disappointing. I'm attaching invoice copy and pictures of the same. This is not the kind of service that we expect from such a huge brand like Homecenter.

The worst company for kitchen cabinets

"This is with great sorrow and pain writting to inform every one that never ever give your dream home in the hands of unprofessional and unethical people of home center. They will follow you till they get money and then they follow the policy of **** and Forget ...I have been getting many promises from this unprofessional company since Aug 2019 and till today i am just getting promises again and again. I had signed an agreement with them in Aug 2019 to fabricate our kitchen and they took advance money as they have policy to take 50% time of signing agreement and 50% when the material comes into their warehouse in Hyderabad. Since I signed agreement they have changed many people on the project as most of them resigned and left the company and every time a new project manager comes and give his own direction and we need to adjust the kitchen power switchs, gas line and other stuff in kitchen and many time the delay happened due to this and the good thing is if one project manager left the company no one inform us that the project manager left . We have to follow his regional manager Srinivas to know that he left without information to clients which looks weird and unprofessional. They took wrong measurements of the cabinets and made smaller cabinets which looks odd in the kitchen and when we complained they try to hide their mistakes and made lot of stores to convince us. They took additional money to increase the size of the cabinet and we did not have any other option to pay them because they had taken the full amount. I had booked my vacation based on their commitments that they will start the installation in NoV and based on that we booked our vacation but once we reach their they said we do not have the colour of the shuttle which we had decided and they were forcing us to go for other colour as per their availability and then they said it will take time to arrange the selected colour and the installation did not happen in Nov and Dec. Now we are in March still they are saying some of the material missing which will take 20 days more to come and they will do it once they arrange. I have informed their head office through Twitter and every where they are unprofessional as their blood is. They kept me wait for 4 days to response and at the end they are saying the work will start on 17th March and when they will complete no dead line.
I have lot of frustration and humiliation and pain because of such big name but work worst then people from the street. Waste of Money, waste of time and energy. They do not have any value and pain for their customers. They think that they took money that is their priority.
They have in Hyderabad worst regional head and team , no one has any knowledge about work they treat us like they are giving us the cabinet in charity and we are like beggars.

Delivery and refund

"Never step in home Centre they cheat you they tell u it’s in stock and make you wait for a month after we pay full price. Free money for them with no interest.they gave a rug which was damaged within days of delivery but they never refunded my money for4.5 months and that too calling the the customer service every other day I can name all their reps and one supervisor who thinks he very smart even though he spoke to me for nearly half an hr refused to identify me, when he requested 15 days time to solve my issue of refund I gave him the time after that he says I don’t know you.
Don’t shop at that place quality is inferior too

Looting your money.. Be careful before ordering

"I have ordered one dining table.. Unfortunately it's not good condition.. Without my consent they have opened the product and installed.. I told them I don't want I need to return it.. But they telling once open we can't return the product.. Customer care also not responding properly... I'm filling in consumer court.. Don't buy anything from home center... I want to stop them to cheating"

Losing regular customer

"Having been a regular customer of Home Center for the past 5 years and having spent thousands of dirhams on my home items there, today I am stopping any shopping at Home Center.

Their customer service has not applied any effort to approach my problem which is very very simple.

I have purchased a lot of items, and one of them was the glass tray which costs 100 AED (funny amount for a company that would want to retain multi-thousand customer).

The sales person wrapped it without my supervision as I was talking on the phone, and she wrapped a GLASS ITEM into 3 thin layers of PAPER (which by all rules normally packed into bubble plastic cover as well and it was not done).

I picked the bag with all My items, placed it at home, and when I opened it, I saw the tray broken into 2 parts, because it was poorly wrapped only in some thin paper by home center sales assistant.

I knew that I’ve always been supported at home center and that they always take care of customers , so I went back to them and asked to replace the item which THEIR SALES PERSON didn’t not properly wrap which resulted in its broken condition during transportation.

They didn’t take an effort to support my exchange in any way, neither they wanted to acknowledge that it was not properly wrapped by their sales person. They could not offer to me anything even as a discount or something to help me and resolve this unpleasant issue.

I’m really sad that such a great brand is not able to help with such small things that their REGULAR customers come with.

If this is not resolved, I will never visit Home Center and will avoid any shopping with them, as well as stop recommending it elsewhere.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Had purchased Furniture from
Homestore, Mall of India, Noida outlet on 30th of June 2019 (literally a month ago).

At the time of purchase they mentioned (and the same was written on the invoice as well) that the Furniture will get delivered within 30 days - latest by 30th of July 2019.

Today, on 29th of July 2019 (01 day before the date of delivery) their Customer care Executive calls to inform that the delivery is delayed by 02 weeks!! (That too when I have already waited for a month for the product - they couldn’t even deliver the same ON TIME!!)

When asked about the reason for delay, the customer care executive mentioned that the Furniture is being imported from the United States!! (Imagine Homecentre importing furniture from US!!)

This is highly unethical and unprofessional on Homecentre’s part to make false commitments to their customers just to sell their products!! And now they have already gotten the full payment, they are acting so indifferent!

Their customer care Executive has a standard computer generated reply that the furniture can only be delivered by the 13th of August, and not before that at any cost!!!

Really Disappointing on Homecentre’s part - so unethical on their business front!

I wish I had gone to a premium store and not Homecentre!
