"Ive been in home construction for 10 yrs now and have been buying things from them almost since they've started. Great prices. Good service. I read some complaints here and there but never had any issues and I've probably ordered over 20 times with them."
"When I pressed the order button, I realized, too late, that they added a $20 fee to the advertised price for a trip lever for a toilet.
They have no info on how to cancel order on line, or contacting a live human by phone.
I will have to contact my credit card co. in AM to cancel order.
I will also contact the NYS Attorney General as well as NYC Consumer Affairs to register a complaint against what I consider deceptive business practices."
"Wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing! I emailed customer service with my order expressly asking that if they could not get my item to me in under two weeks as another company had promised, then I would order through the other company. They emailed back immediately saying it would be here in under 2 weeks but certainly not more than 3 weeks. Well 2 weeks came and went and I emailed for info on my order. No response. Then I started stalker emailing and finally got a response that Brian emailed moen and would get back to me ASAP. no response for days. I emailed again and got the same "I just emailed them" response. I emailed back with my phone number saying I wanted a supervisor to call me ASAP and I want the information I'll call Moen myself. No response for days. I email several more times and get a reply that moen delayed the order. Then several hours later I get an email which clearly proved the other email to be a BIG.FAT.LIE. Brian said that there was a "miscommunication"and my light was left off my order over 3 weeks ago. I replied that it was the ONLY thing on my order! So they never actually ordered it, sent me a confirmation number, told me it was coming, in fact they promised it would arrive, forgot about my order, ignored me, lied about it being delayed, then said it was never ordered and they would order it today. NO THANK YOU! I just found another company that had it in stock (Brian told me no one has it in stock) and not only was it $30 cheaper but I ordered it this morning and it shipped out already!!! I told Brian to refund my card ASAP and I'm calling them to tell them to take it off as well. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE they have awful customer service, inspire no loyalty, show no professionalism, and are liars who take your money and don't place your order. If they keep screwing over enough people eventually there will be a class action lawsuit against them and they'll go out of business. Imagine how profitable they would be if they only delivered on their promises and guarantees. They just lost out on thousands of dollars of orders from me. "

"How could ANYone give this company a positive review?? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! No response to emails, no one answers the phone (you hold for 20 minutes listening to hokey music and then a message comes on and says that no one is available to answer your call and then you get disconnected). Ordered 11/11, charged my card 11/14 and not a word since. The only function that works at this joint is their billing department. WHAT A JOKE. The BBB must work full time on this account alone."
"I am a general contractor, and my electrician ordered and paid for 16 light fixtures. we were told that 8 would be shipped within the week and the other 8 would take 2 months to arrive. 2 months later they told us that they would arrive in 9 more weeks. this put me 9 weeks late on completing the project. the owner of the project was very patient and was willing to wait. that second date has come and gone 3 weeks ago with no word as to when or if the fixtures would arrive.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS "HOME CENTER" AGAIN!! THEY HAVE HAD OUR $ FOR 5 MONTHS NOW AND WE HAVE ONLY RECIEVED 7 FIXTURES TO DATE!"
"Great customer service! I had 3 bathrooms to do and was having difficulty selecting which items to purchase given the large choice. The salesman spent nearly an hour on the phone with me discussing finishes and styles to help me find what i was looking for. Shipment was fast and everything arrived as ordered. I will definitely use Homecenter again when I redo the kitchen. "
"Good service all around. Orders some faucets, sinks, toilets, whirlpool tub and some bathroom accessories. Everything arrive on time and I saved over $1000 from my local supplier. I had a problem with one toilet, and this was replaced within 2 weeks. Great followup. Will be back again soon."

Instead of receiving the item I got an email that said it will arrive in 3 weeks! I emailed 3 times and called and have still yet to receive a response or a refund. Complete thiefs."
"Horrible, horrible. You are throwing money away if you do business with this place. I ordered a sink when I was remodeling my kitchen - they stated that it was in stock on their web site - and after I ordered and paid for it, found out it was going to take TWO MONTHS to get it. Tried to cancel the order after finding this out...but couldn't. Sent this sink back (after I received it, AFTER my kitchen was completely finished), purportedly got a "credit" (after a huge "restocking" fee), and needless to say, never got my money back. This place is nothing short of fraudulent."
"I ordered lights, they ended up not being the color they appeared to be only. I asked if I could send them back for an exchange. I was told I could. 1 week later, while trying to pick what lights I wanted to exchange for, I was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee even if I exchange. I decided to just send the lights back and buy somewhere else. They told me to send them to a PO Box, which I questioned and they said yes. Of course, it was sent back to me as undeliverable. I wrote in again (since you only have a 2 hour window to call for the return office) and this time they sent me a UPS label with the correct address. I spent 7 months requesting to be refunded my money through emails, phone calls...they would say it would be returned and then it wouldn't be. I finally got ahold of Brian O. (apparently the owner since he owns the URL), he emailed and said he would place a refund on my card. I couldn't get him to tell me how much he was sending, when I called in the 2 hour window I was told only Brian could tell me. So I emailed him several times that day because he wouldn't answer his direct line and it wouldn't let me leave a message. He finally responded that he would not respond to my emails! I finally got a refund of $40.00 I paid $133.00 plus the shipping....horrible, horrible buisness....

"shipping was to be in two weeks....at the end of that time I emailed them (no phone number to call). Waited 24 hours for a reply saying shipping was delayed until a part could be received and shipping would then be on the 13th. On the 16th I once again emailed an inquiry as to when my items would be shipped and again some 24hours plus I received a response that it had been shipped UPS. No date as to when it shipped, no date as to when it might arrive. No phone number to call so I guess I can email and wait for a response. Price of item was good. Communication of shipping has been less than appropriate."
