"It just wasn't the color shown on the Barclay website (wasn't an option to see the color on the Homeclick website). Very displeased!! More bright gold looking than what was shown on website. I would return but not worth the restocking fee, just will buy elsewhere in the future."

"poor customer service experience. package arrived while i was out of town during thanksgiving holiday (a month after the initial order). delivery was attempted three times but since signature was required and i was not in town to sign, item was returned. when i called to have item resent, i was told i had to incur a $10.95 re-delivery charge. even thought I've spent thousands of dollars with homeclick, customer service would not waive a redelivery fee. very short sighted for a loyal customer. taking my business elsewhere. would rather pay more and being treated more respectfully. "

"The Homeclick staff was great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to order something from them again. I had some problems with shipping -- the first two mirrors I ordered were both broken. I called Homeclick and spoke with two different representatives, and they were very, very, helpful. After verifying the mirrors were broken, they immediately ordered replacements and apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was the shipper who had caused the problem. The third mirror I ordered was perfect and looks great in our remodeled bathroom. Shipping was fast, and I also liked the fact that there were no shipping fees if your bill was over a certain amount."

"I am very disappointed with my experience with "Homeclick LLC". First- they shipped the wrong product than the one I had purchased. Then, it took about 8 business days for me to get their shipping label e-mailed to me , so I can return the wrong item. After that, once they received my return, it took almost 1 month and 2 phone calls from me to them, for me to get the refund. Very poor service. Will NOT use their service anymore, and I would NOT recommend them to anybody."

"I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Homeclick had the best price on Toto Ulramax toilets - $340 per toilet and I needed four. I was extremely leary of ordering a big ticket purchase from an internet seller. I tried placing the order on-line, but was concerned as to whether the toilets were really in stock. Also, I have had terrible experiences with the Brooklyn or Monsey NY electronics clowns (these folks are in NJ though) that have great prices, but never deliver or employ bait and switch tactics. I called to check on stock prior to any order and it was confirmed to me as being in stock. Still leary, however, as I know some sales people lie through their teeth. The gentlemen asked if I would place the order by phone, versus over the web, which made me even more nervous as it seemed he got some benefit to himself by doing it through him. I was told if I placed the order on on Tuesday that I should have the merchandise by the following Monday or Tuesday, and it would be shipped by freight truck. I took the plunge and placed the order. An email confirmation was sent to me right away. Over the next several days, I heard nothing and got no tracking update from Homeclick. I started to freak out a bit by the weekend and they don't have customer support available over the weekend. No knock, but I imagine they must be ultra religious and don't work on Saturdays (just a guess). Having customer support available over the weekend would help, particularly since they seem more than willing to take orders on Sunday. I called first thing Monday and got a real person. He gave me a freight tracking number and said delivery would be the next day, Tuesday and that I should hear from the freight company. Well lo and behold, I did hear from the freigh company that afternoon ! And the toilets were delivered on a sturdy pallet, wrapped in plastic the next day, Tuesday. The driver was very accomodating, waiting in the driveway until someone was able to meet him at my home. All toilets were in well-secured manufactured boxes with no damage at all. All parts were present too. I have got to give Homeclick an A-. If they had customer service available on the weekend and had sent me my tracking without calling, it would have been an A+. At end of day, really surprised, but pleasantly so."
