"It is now 1/15 and I still have not received my item which supposedly arrived at the ship[ping company 10 days ago. The shipping company Homeclick uses is TERRIBLE. So far they have messed up the delivery twice -- won't go into details here, I do not understand how this happened, nothing like this has happened to me before. I am not at all optimistic that the item will arrive tomorrow as now re-scheduled (again). I will never buy a large item from Homeclick again. "

"The product is not assemblable because a major part is wrongly welded together ans another is broken. I am in process (lengthy) of trying to get a product that is not broken or badly manufactured. This is NOT a positive experience as I have invested a lot of time in this product's assembly and am nowhere."

"I was a bit concerned about safe delivery of two very large mirrors (37"x73") from an on-line vendor. If something were wrong, the return shipping would have been frightening. "Terrible customer service. I ordered a faucet aerator on 11/25 while at my previous address. On 11/30 I received an email from the merchant telling me there was a shipping delay and the item would ship on 12/27. I wrote the company and told them I was moving on 12/10/11 and provided a new address. I told them NOT to ship to the address I used on 11/25. Then earlier this week I was told the item was shipping. When I checked UPS it was being sent to the OLD address and I wrote to the merchant telling them to contact UPS and have this shipped to my new address. They didn't. Tonight I checked the tracking number and found it was sent to the old address and left on the door step! I just called a former neighbor and he told me the package was gone. Obviously someone knows we moved and the house is vacant. So, now I am out $16.71 and it's not my fault. I did everything I could to keep the merchant up to date and they totally ignored me. If you want to be cheated and have a company who will ignore legitimate requests from the customers this place is for you. If you want a credible company, move on and forget HomeClick. "
