I ordered the same item.. ceramic faux brick inserts for a fireplace I purchased from Homeclick... the items was supposed to be in three pieces a back and two sides. except mine was in 10 pieces. I called and told them about the shoddy packaging job: very fragile item packed in a flimsy box with just paper around the panels. I was requested to take a picture of the broken pieces (which I did) sent to them and they sent me another box of broken panels.. luckily I was home this time and refused the shipment. I had specifically requested the new shipment be package better.. no go, the same mess! With a contractor on site and a project very in need of being finished.. HomeClick was a terrible choice.. never again!!!! Also now the $3000.000 fireplace purchased from HomeClick (just installed) is leaking gas.. will this nightmare never end?"
