"Homeclick has very competitive prices, but now that we've run into a problem and need customer service I wish I had paid a little more at a more reputable company. We ordered over $1000 of bath furnishings from them. The website said that the items were in stock and would ship immediately. For some reason, it took nearly 3 weeks for the items to arrive--and when they did we were missing one toilet. I've contacted them 4 times to get a new one reshipped and still they have not shipped it! Customer service is totally unresponsive. Stay away!"
"The remote control works well. However, the picture shown online when ordered lead one to believe it had a window displaying the temperature and could be programmed as a thermostat. The remote we received is on/off with flame height adjustment only."
"This order (one of many in an extensive renovation) was for a shower rod and brackets. They arrived with lightning speed, which was my hope. Unfortunately, although the invoice had the order correct, the brackets were the correct finish, but the rod was not. Apparently the mistake was made in the packing. Homeclick was very helpful in immediately shipping out the correct rod and also sending a free return label so the error cost me only about a week and no money. "Purchased a Vanity DLVRB-313-WO. Product is specified to come with the top piece/wall cabinet in their website. However homeclick only sent the bottom vanity. Now customer service claims that the top part is not included in the price. My options are to spend some more $xxx to make the vanity complete. Or i have to return and get refunded only 85% + i have to pay return shipping which ends up being $xxx. Do not base your purchase on what they specify on the website as you get a bait and switch like i did. Just do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. "
