The order confirmation email stated the fire place doors are estimated to ship on or before 12/21. When the doors hadn't arrived by the 28th, I contacted customer service the agent told me she needed to check with another department and would email me a status.
As of today 1/4, no doors and no update from customer service. The agent today indicated the doors had not shipped as yet and may ship by next week, that is a long time from "on or before 12/21".
Not only am I dissatisfied with the delay, I am frustrated with the poor customer service. I should be getting an update when the order didn't ship near the indicated ship date but I should have received the email from agent last week.

My only complaint is with the delivery company that you partnered with - they were truly difficult to deal with. We set a date/time for delivery and they simply didn't show. They didn't call to tell me, so I spent the day waiting. I called them, rescheduled for a morning delivery 3 days later and they again, didn't show. I called and they promised an afternoon delivery and a call 30 minutes prior to the truck arriving, so I could go out and run errands. Well, they did show up at 3:00, and fortunately I was home, but they never called as they promised. Terrible experience with them. I recommend using a different delivery service. "

The customer service rep was polite and helpful, and stated that I need to contact the manufacturer to get an authorization number, then call back to get an RMA number. Manufacterer did so immediately, and Homeclick began processing it immediately. There was some delay in sending the replacement product since processing was going through only one person. I did get another tank eventually and everything is now Super!"
