"In all honesty, I was very disappointed with my service from Homeclick. We are having our patio re-done, and we needed a fridge and cabinet door for the outdoor kitchen. I first placed the order on October 20th. I was told things ship in 3-5 business days. After 7 days, and no updates from them, I called them to get a status. They told me it would ship on November 2nd. That was my first frustration. So I waited. Then November 2nd comes around, nothing. I call again, after no update or status, to find out it won't be here until the 11th.

Frustrated, I cancelled my order. However, my wife informed me that homeclick was the only place we could get the cabinet door in the size we needed, so after a week of searching and not finding other places who had what we needed, I re-ordered just the cabinet door from homeclick. Again, they say 3-5 business days to ship. I waited. I called again, to find it would be more than another week before it would ship.

Now, back before my first order in October, I sent an email requesting a ship date on the cabinet. I received a follow up for that email after I placed my second order on November 20th. I responded to the gentleman, letting him know how disappointed I was - but had no other option to use homeclick. About 4 days after that - with yet another delay, we received our cabinet. In Ohio, that puts us just in time for the snow to get here - which means we most likely won't be completing the patio until next spring.

I still have other things I need to buy, but will ensure it's not from Homeclick. To me, they were dishonest, didn't do anything to help the situation, and did not communicate when things were delayed. Very frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend them."

"The medicine cabinet came basically unwrapped and unprotected. The glass shelves were laying directly on the mirror and were broken. This also caused the mirror to be scratched badly. I took pics and sent them in...no one has responded yet. At first I wanted a replacement....but now I want my money refunded to me immediately please.

The item was probably nice enough, but whoever wraps for shipping is doing an awful job. What a waste! "

"We ordered three Toto toilets -- among the least expensive of the ones they make. They're the lowest flow model. They are wonderful. They flush well and they look nice. We are very satisfied with them. We had some difficulty ordering them on-line. For some reason your process kept adding a fourth toilet, which we didn't want and had great difficulty eliminating. I think we ended up having to cancel and re-order three times. Spencer was the God-send. He took responsibility for getting our order right and we are grateful."

"I am remodeling a vacation condo in the mountains and have been buying lots of stuff from HomeClick. Everything is shipped direct to my contractor which is pretty efficient. So far I am pleased with the order and ship process. On the above order I did not realize that it did not come with a valve, but that was my mistake of not paying attention! So he had to rush out and buy one locally.

"The two Emerson fans that I ordered were both defective. Repeated attempts to get HomeClick to replace them have failed. The customer service rep does not respond to my emails. I have contacted Emerson directly with the hope that they will do right by me."

"We ordered a Pearl Mantel from Homeclick, and it is FABULOUS! We had priced the mantel at a local fireplace shop, and it was completely out of our budget, but then I decided to try getting the mantel online, and came across Homeclick. We were nervous about making the purchase online, sight unseen, but I have to tell you - the mantel from Homeclick was absolutely gorgeous! It was the EXACT mantel we saw in the Fireplace shop, and we paid only half the price with Homeclick - yes, I said half the price!
FYI, the mantel is hollow (althought when hung, it looks like a solid piece of wood). Very substantial looking, beautiful patina in the wood, and extremely easy to hang. Delivery only took about a week and we couldn't be happier with the purchase!"
