"When ordered on 4/6, Homesquare said my patio set would arrive by 4/24, while the shipper now says they wont even get it until 5/8, and AFTER that I can schedule delivery. Homesquare has no customer support to speak with, which they do on purpose. Only an email address where you can wait 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS (?! literally translates to 3-6 business DAYS) for a non-responsive "response". The shipper Homesquare uses is Fragilepak, who is just as bad and slow. Read others' reviews about Homesquare and Fragilepak for a sense of how they do business. Will never make the mistake again, and would caution anyone to avoid Homesquare at all costs. "

"Been emailing homesquare for a week now with zero response. FedEx didn't deliver one of the packages (hardware & instructions) for my table. Opened a case through FedEx, but they are unable to locate my item and said to contact the shipper. Also, one part of the table has two noticeable chips in it. I would be willing to forget a replacement part for the table if someone would at least expedite the hardware. Not sure why these have to come in two separate deliveries in the first place. Extremely disappointed.
UPDATE: Finally heard back from customer support. So far, they are being extremely accommodating. "

The part was actually the responsibility of the manufacturer, not HomeSquare. After contacting the manufacturer directly, I received the missing part right away. My items were received quickly and in great condition. Would definitely order from HomeSquare again!"
