"First they could not deliver to the house, it seems the truck could not back across an intersection even though traffic is non existent, this seems to be a Overnight company rule. Home Depot store trucks have done it many times in the past but not the freight company the .com shipped by.
Second I sent my brother to Bennington to pick up the order, there was no paperwork and he took what they loaded as it was on a shrink wrapped pallet that was broken down in his presence. Turns out they shorted the order, we ordered and paid for 18 cartoon of Pergo flooring and only received 16 cartoons. This shortage had to be whom ever picked the order at whatever warehouse it came out of. They did allow ten percent off the totally cost for the shipping troubles.. "

I tried to post a negative review for the last order on their site, and they did not allow it, as my issue was with the product delivery, not the actual product. This morning I placed a small order for pickup using a corporate card. The order went through, but five minutes later I got an e-mail saying the order was cancelled. I tried to call customer service to resolve, their hold time was stated as 14 minutes. Seriously!! Not impressed."
