There is quite a long lead time in fulfilling this order IMHO. Although the order system seems quite efficient — once you sign on — the architecture is tone deaf to the customer experience... It is all out of logical order: "Give us feedback before delivery"; "put in your invoice number"(which would be ...what?) while you are on another screen;"welcome to your account"...uh, did you generate that info with my order?...There are just more intuitive and natural systems out there in this day and age. But... thanks for trying to get on the online bandwagon. Most annoying? The system wouldn't allow me to change my delivery location once I began and, so, now I'm going to have to go to a location you guys picked for me... Hello? "
