"Only 8 of 9 cases were received. Not noted by store , nor person I sent to pick up, so I am left for Home Depot to process a claim that should never be required. The store should insure to inspect what is received by a vendor on a palette before handing off to third party for pick up. I am physically unable to lift the cases or I would have picked up myself. I am probably having to buy an additional case. Unfair and makes it unlikely I would want to ever buy tile again. I had only two chipped tiles with order made and picked up earlier that same week. However, this order made me very upset."
