The store should insure to inspect what is received by a vendor on a palette before handing off to third party for pick up. I am physically unable to lift the cases or I would have picked up myself. I am probably having to buy an additional case. Unfair and makes it unlikely I would want to ever buy tile again. I had only two chipped tiles with order made and picked up earlier that same week. However, this order made me very upset."
