"My order was for store pick up and it was not pretty. First, my order was cancelled in the store because the website was wrong and the store said they did not have any of the items. Then, my credit card was charged anyway. This made me especially angry because I wanted to pay cash in the first place but I did not have that option. I had to give cc info to place the order online. The only reason I gave two stars was because the two customer service reps I spoke to, both in the store and at the call center, were very nice and helpful. But if Home Depot is going to offer in-store pick up, two things: first, make sure your inventory is right, second offer a cash option for payment. There's no reason to collect a credit card number for the store pick up unless people want to take care of payment at the time they order."

My last name was on the filter sized box. In very large lettering. It was in the correct place. The person made additional phone calls while I waited. She said my box was not there. She sent someone to get it. They could not find it because it was there all the time. It all took 45 minutes. It should have taken 3 minutes. Why did she made outgoing calls when she had a customer? She made no effort picking up the box. The box with my name on it in LARGE letters. She stopped to help anyone she could find. It is faster for me to just to get what I need and check myself out. I am over 70 and sick. I can shop on Amazon. Oh yes and she laughed at me because she knew I was not liking my experience. The store was mostly empty. If this store continues to do business this way it will not be there in the future. I need this store. I hope you can do better soon."
