"Merchandise was shown to be in stock on computer, it was not. Waited a week and never received any notification. When I went to check on order, merchandise was still not there. No attempt was made by store to order merchandise. They said the computer does the ordering and the computer was showing merchandise was in stock so it would not be ordered. They wanted me to play a wait and see game for the merchandise to come in on it's own. That's a ridiculous way to operate an online ordering system. I will never use Home Depot online again."
