" I purchased two items online, to be picked-up at the store. I received two emails stating that the items were ready for pick-up. I went to customer service at the store, to pick-up the items, and they had problems finding the online info., and could not find one item in the store. Then they said one item had not been uncrated, yet, and would have to be assembled by them, before I could pick it up. During their assembly of the lawn tractor, they said one tire was punctured in the crate, and would have to be replaced or "slime" sealer added to it to hold pressure. After a total of more that two hours, during which two Home Depot workers assembled the tractor, I finally was allowed to pick-up my prepaid purchases. After arriving home with the items, I found the other item had the wrong part included with it. This was a long, tedious and inefficient customer service visit, and the items definitely had not been " ready for pick-up"."
"The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
June 6 I put in an order, June 10 I got confirmation that the order had been shipped. June 19 I called to find out where the order was. Was told it would take 5 to 10 working days before the order would be delivered. June 24 called again to find out that it would be yet another 10 working days before I would see my purchase. At no time did anybody offer compensation for the poor delivery service. Even though this was intended to be a Father's Day gift. The best they could do is say well we can cancel the order but it might still show up. If it does it goes right back I do not want it now."
