"Online order was not available for pick up and needed to wait until they odered parts. Staff did not call to let me know when the items would be available, nor did they call when the items were in. When I went to the store to pick them up,my order was not ready and the staff member went and picked items off of the shelves for me, but ended up giving me the wrong color. I had to return them, which was also a mess, because it was never entered into the computer system correctly, so there was no record of the items I was trying to exchange. Poor communication between staff and departments. "

"I would love to say that my experience was great with Home Depot. I would love to say that I have at least seen the patio set I ordered from them. Sadly, it has not been delivered but is sitting in a warehouse two hours from here (has been for a week). I finally called home depot who were of no help as the item was shipped for free so the delivery company doesn't have to contact me. I called the shipping company and they told me that it would be delivered 'when someone was coming my way'. I protested and they agreed to deliver it next week. We will see if it arrives."
