"I would never purchase another appliance from Home Depot ever again! Not only they haven't delivered the product, they never bothered to call me a single time during my whole day waiting to let me know that they are facing delivery issue.

I had to call them 3 times and I got ridiculous answers from them each time. None of them made any sense such as they cannot find the truck and the driver, found truck and transferring goods to another truck and finally, truck and driver missing again! :))

Delivery day passed on, no appliance. Called back second day and now they have no clue about driver or truck. Also they don't know when and if they going to reschedule the delivery. OK, at this point I asked them to cancel the order and they agreed. After few days when there was no refund on the credit card, went to the local store from where I placed the order. They told me that the order is not cancelled as they still waiting for the delivery team whether the item is delivered or not, or on the truck etc. What the heck? In the mean time I took the matter with their social media team and disputed the charges with credit card company. After few days I got my refund. Home Depot appliance delivery sucks! Period!
