"Ordered 2 screen doors and hardware for the doors received a noticed that the order was canceled,the next day received another email that the order was being shipped not the doors but the hardware what good is the hardware without the doors? "1. Cannot change or cancel an order within minutes or hours of placing it. Leaves no room for error.
2. Home Depot charged my charge card for an order I wanted to change, and also charged my new order that the rep placed to replace the order i made a mistake on.
3. Cannot get merchandise for 2 weeks even though I had to pay for it and the wrong order.
The rep I talked to was okay - he did his job. It is the HD processes that are not appropriate and not customer friendly.

"On the same page of the EWBANK red floor buffer/polisher that I purchased on-line directly under the machine I ordered were 3 different colored/textured buffing/cleaning pads advertised as what other customers bought with their new EWBANK buffer/polisher machine. Well, I ordered the pads of course! The ones I ordered are 10 times too big for the EWBANK machine I bought. I am no satisified at all!!!!! That's a bait and switch to me! I spent $42.00+ for 4 polishing pads that I can't use. I thought I was ordering from Home Depot. I trusted in the home depot to do the right thing. I guess I will have to live with wasted $40.00+. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT AND SHAME ON RE-SELLERRATINGS.COM! I will not shop at Home Depot any longer."
