That item came the soonest two weeks later. All the other items took more than a month to be shipped and they came in 4 different shipments. Not what I would have expected and I was disappointed in their follow up. I called customer service 4 different times trying to get status on my items. Each time the representative said the items would ship the next day. Not my idea of great customer service."

"Placed order on May 13; online pages says “on backorder, but should be available in 1-2 weeks”; a very pleasant sales rep “Elizabeth” takes my order telling me it is on backorder until July!
the approx. conversation that follows: “Oh no! that could be a big problem, would you please check on the discrepancy and let me know which is more accurate?” “certainly, let me check on it, and I will get right back to you” but she did not follow up with me, and I called her again many hours later. She had no further info, but told me I could get updates by checking “order status”.
June 5, about 3 weeks have passed - I know nothing. I called for an " order update" and was told that the item would be shipped from NY tomorrow and arrive within a week “you will be getting an email on the status" {"wow! really?" I said. "Yes ma'am" was the confident reply}
June 10, I have had no confirmation of shipment, so I called again. "Sean" tells me it will arrive at their warehouse that day, ship out with-in 24 hours and I will receive an email “tomorrow”. I tell him I have not been getting good info on this previously, he apologizes for that, then confirms what he has just told me.
June 12, still no news. I call again and speak with “Roger”, who tells me it will ship in 1-2 days and I should get an email confirmation “tomorrow”.
June 17, still no news. I am about to call again, but then I got an email confirming the status of shipping and delivery.
June 20 - It arrived! Its perfect! I got a good price! But wow, after all that, I have absolutely no confidence in this seller’s ability to provide accurate, responsible customer service. [though I must say, they were always pleasant on the phone] If I had been given more accurate info in the beginning it would have been bearable to wait. Instead, I had 4 conversations promising a particular outcome that did not happen. So 4 times I was very disappointed, and because of that I was also increasingly concerned about the reputation and follow-through of this seller. Lots of hand-wringing, wondering “how bad is this going to get? will they ever follow-through?” A lot of unneeded angst. I will not choose this seller again.
