Just make sure you're ordering the right thing and that you carefully review their return policy prior to ordering - buyer's remorse will cost you a bunch. But this was a great company to deal with when you know what you want."

"I placed an online order and within a few minutes I decided to cancel the order. There was no mechanism on the web page to cancel the order, so I emailed Home Perfect and asked to cancel the order.
I received a response the next day saying it was too late to cancel my order.
This is not acceptable service. Clients should be able to cancel orders for a few hours after they are place.
Since I placed the order late at night, the order was not filled before Home Perfect Customer Service received my notice to cancel. This is poor customer service."

"I was very apprehensive about ordering on the internet and was especially worried that customer service would be nonexistent. I was wrong. HomePerfect provides as much service as our local store, but with MUCH better pricing. It's easy to say that a company is great when there are no problems. But the best judge of good customer service is when something goes wrong. We had a "misunderstanding", shall we say, about a bathtub that shipped from New York to California. Potentially, I was out hundreds of dollars (same would have been true of a local store). However, my advisor worked it out so that we were out of pocket less than $100, including all of the transportation to/from ...... That's how I judge a company. So, we are very satisfied. Also, they are able to schedule your orders according to how you need them so everything doesn't come at once or they can do partial shipments if only some items are in stock. They are very flexible and mindful of the customer's requirements. If you have a lot to order, it would be in your best interest to work with an advisor.
