"Ordered an item and almost two weeks later and 2 help tickets placed, I still had no information regarding when the item was going to be shipped. They kept telling me the item shipped direct from the mfg and that the mfg would provide information regarding the shipping. 3rd Help ticket I placed, I informed them that within the next 2 days if I didn't have specific information as to when my order was going to ship, I was canceling my order and filing a claim with paypal to get my money back. They had already taken my $99 for this item. I then received a response to my 3 help ticket that the item was backordered as the mfg and wouldn't be shipping to me until the end of the month - 2.5 more weeks. Totally unacceptable way of doing business. This should have been told at the time I ordered and then I could have decided if I wanted to wait that long. Now I have to go through a bunch of crap to get my money back. Far from "Perfect". "

"DISASTER - Siligrant sink in color I ordered was not in stock. They asked if I wanted to cancel via online comments. I said yes - all documented in their on-line dialogue. however they came back offering different options for delivery. Because I did not respond they shipped it anyway. Now I am stuck having to return a sink, go through a myriad of painful return procedures to return something that I did not want and are threatening that I pay for the return ship restock fee, etc. To make matters worse, at the time I canceled this order, I went ahead and ordered another color. I was not advised of any shipping delays and this sink is now coming later than the first. Their call center is horribly painful. The usual 3 transfers or 20 minutes until you can talk to someone who can help you. Speaker has a thick accent and difficult to understand. They do have a useful online service where you can file a ticket for problems. However, I did use this when requesting the cancellation and was not successful as you can see. Whatever happened to cancel means cancel!!"

"Have not sent two products of four ordered. Was charged full price for four . Should only have charged for two sent.
One product sent was not as advertised. Was advertised as polished brass and was actually plastic with brass colored spray paint.
A refund
was supposed to have been credited to my card and it has not .

I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
