"I ordered a Porsche Kyomi sink. The shipment arrived on time, but the sink was not new, as advertised, and the package was incomplete (paperwork, including the template, and mounting hardware were missing). I have purchased exactly the same sink before and know what the package should look like. I reported this to Home Perfect and am waiting for their response.
I was very impressed with how fast Home Perfect investigated and resolved the case. Their representative Mark sent me a link for another website advertising the same sink and they issued a full refund for the purchase and let me keep the sink I got from them as a back up, if I am not able to find a new sink. Mistakes happen - what's important is how they are resolved. I would order from this company again."

"I ordered two high-end bathroom sconces from this company on the morning of 6/5/14 and they arrived, packed securely and totally intact on 6/6/14, the next day. I paid 50% off retail price and am thrilled with my order. I know this company has some less than stellar reviews, but consumers should take these 3 steps when ordering ANYTHING online from ANYONE for a successful experience: 1) Speak to a live person on the phone when you place your order, and have your questions ready when you call 2) research the product that you're ordering and see it at a store "in person" before you order - make sure the measurements and model number are what you want, this way there are no surprises when the item comes and you don't have to argue with the company about the "restocking fee" because there won't BE one, as you got what you wanted and are not sending it back 3) ask whether the item is currently in stock and how many they have (this will avoid many of the "back order" issues you read about) and 4) ask about any other charges, besides what you're paying for the item (shipping, handling, "processing fees", restocking fees) before you finalize your order. I found my sales representative, Nico informative and patient - he answered all my questions and helped me feel totally comfortable with my order. I had a totally positive experience and will order again from this company in the future; I'm only sorry I didn't know about them sooner! "
