Home Perfect was confused and thought the second unit was still to be delivered to me. It was received back at Home Perfect and they thought I had signed for it. Minor issue as they soon realized they had received it. They shipped a replacement so all was well in the end."

"Bought some items listed as "In Stock, leaves warehouse in 1-2 business days". They charge immediately, and claim that the item is shipped, but that it takes a few days to get a tracking number from the freight company. I called the freight company directly, and got my tracking number immediately. I also learned that they'd just sent an electronic shipping manifest, and they didn't actually turn the product over to the freight company until the 5th business day after ordering. Pretty disingenuous.
If you call, and choose the "place an order" option, you get someone in the US. As soon as you mention that you have an existing order, you'll be transferred to the "existing orders" department, which is not staffed in the US. The rep was much more interested in getting me off the phone than helping, because according to his computer, the items were shipped (which they weren't). He said he'd look into it, and call me back, which of course he did not.
The product was priced well, and arrived undamaged, so if you're willing to put up with poor service for a better price, this is the retailer for you."

"We ordered the water heater on Feb. 28, and it has already been charged to our credit card. However, as far as we know, it has not even been shipped yet. I have not received any kind of communication from Home Perfect since placing the order. I went to their site 8 days later and checked on the status of the order, and it said the item was ready to be shipped. It would be nice if we would hear from them. If we do not receive the water heater within the next week or so, we are going to contact our credit card company and have them remove the charge and cancel the order.
Update: After posting this review, I heard from Home Perfect the following business day. They were very apologetic about the lack of communication and assured me the water heater was on its way. I appreciate that very much. We will definitely let this order stand. We have changed our rating from 2 starts to 4 in anticipation of receiving the water heater within the next week and having it arrive in good condition."
