It has been a week since I placed my order, and since I had heard nothing from the company and the website simply listed my order status as processing, I called to enquire about the status of my order. Once I reached a person, I was told that the sink I had ordered was back-ordered, and it would be more than 2 additional weeks until it was available to ship, at which time it will take another week to arrive. So, the sink that was supposedly available and should have reached me in about a week, will now take 4+ weeks and will hold-up my kitchen remodel...Thanks a lot "Home Perfect". A company that actually cared about Customer Service would have at least informed me. Buyer beware when ordering from this company! UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: Although I still feel that Home Perfect needs to make significant changes in the way they interface with their customers during the sale and immediately following, especially with regard to backordered items, they have resolved my issue. My order has shipped, and I have received FedEx tracking numbers. Thank you to Mark for his efforts in resolving this matter (I have raised my review based on his efforts)."
