They referred me to the returns department and when I talked with this gentleman he talked over me several times and never seemed like he was listening to me. He says he will contact me when he gets an answer but I never do hear back from him. Submitted a ticket on this order twice and I've yet to get a response back. This should be pretty simple, call the vendor and have them ship my accessories!!! Not this same answer I get from returns which is "I haven't heard back from anyone yet, I'll contact you in a couple of hours" In which I do not hear back. Frustrated!!!! I need these accessories so that I can use the grill!"
