"Communication was poor - first an item was in stock, then it wasn't then it was. I tried canceling an order but that "live chat" and the "item tag" were ignored and 2 days later I received info that everything was being shipped. Very frustrating as I had already ordered the "out of stock" items from another merchant. Would probable not use them again."
