"The item was never delivered. I got a bunch of bills of lading addressed to someone else, and I gather my order was delivered in New York -- although I live in Minnesota! Hopeless! I would never order from them again.
Edit after reply of merchant: I got tracking bills of lading to my email showing that the bed was shipped to Boston, to another person. Then, I got this request for a review of the company, and did I like the product? Hah! When I contacted the chat help, I was told that Home Perfect could not help me (!) and that I would have to contact the shipping company with the tracking info -- which of course, I did not have. I was going to just cancel through my credit card, but I gave it one more try today. Someone at Home Perfect who knew a bit more -- though could not speak English very clearly -- did indeed find a proper tracking number, which they gave me. Perhaps I will get the product -- perhaps not. But no customer should have to be told by customer service that they "cannot help you" -- wow, way to drive your customers to other suppliers!
