A customer rep called me and told me something very similar was available around the price, said it was $58.62 (original item was $45.32), and promised to ship it out immediately with the rest of my order.

Not only did I not receive these in time, I was charged $158.62. Before the item shipped, I asked this to be corrected, but no one answered. If I return this item, I would have to pay for shipping plus an additional 20% restocking fee. "
