"Item ordered came much quicker than I anticipated. Much appreciated."
"I ordered a boiler and burner. The incorrect burner was shipped. Since the past 10 days I have e-mailed every day and spoken with customer service on each business day. I have provided pictures of the burner as requested and yet not received any RGA authorization. I don't think the company is a scam as evident by the tons of reviews here and yet I think the returns department is poorly organized and not aware of the importance of customer service. I was without hot water for two days and the technician had to buy the burner from the warehouse to finish the installation. I suggest the following steps to take if you are shipped incorrect items.
1)Document all your attempts to contact customer service to resolve the issue. You will need that documentation in the following steps.
2)Only pay by credit card and immediately dispute the charge if you have a problem with any item. Provide documentation.
3)File a complaint at the better business bureau. Provide documentation including pictures, e-mails and technician statements.
4)Do not return the original item as the company will most likely create more problems with your shipment. Sell it on ebay or elsewhere to recoup the costs you had to bear for making alternate arrangements for wrongly shipped items.
5)Post a review on this site as well as twitter, other blogs etc. to educate people about how bad customer service is."

"Once I placed my order then I was told it would be on back order for 4 to 6 weeks. When I called to cancel the order I was given the run around then told that I it will ship from the manufacturer and that was the last I heard. I would like to still cancel the order but I am not sure if I will get my money back."
