"I am trying to have a conversation with HomePerfect about a return we want to make. I have called the this number 5 times: ***-***-**** [you press 4 for returns.] I believe I have talked to the same man each time [whoever answers when you press 4]. He has told me that I need to speak with Dick. Anytime I ask for Dick, he is not available. Dick left for the day; he is on break; today he was not feeling well so he went home. I was even sent to a mailbox one time [that sounded generic] that was supposedly for Dick, left a message that was never returned. This has been going on for a few weeks [how much time in your life do you set aside for online returns?] We need to speak with someone NOW. Order #1200093643. We know it's past 30 days--that's why we want to talk with someone about what, if anything, can be done. You obviously inventory the part; I'm sorry it's gone beyond 30 days; we have no other recourse than to try to return this to HomePerfect for SOME monetary value. Today the man laughed at me when I said whenever I ask for Dick he is not available. Let's step up to the plate and perform some customer service. Next step is posting this wherever possible to ensure as many people as possible know what is going on here."
"In the last month, we bought two items from Home Perfect, a kitchen sink and later a faucet to go with it. In both cases, they had the exact items we wanted, at very reasonable prices.
Home Perfect communicated with us via e-mail and delivered the

"I attempted to purchase a new kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis spout. Order was placed without problems and charge to my credit card was made immediately. I was never notified that the faucet was backordered until November (over two and a half months), had I know that it was backordered I would have never ordered it from Home Perfect as I needed it within a week. I contacted the customer service department and my complains were dismissed. "
"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. They sent me the wrong item and then refused to respond to my many emails over the course of several weeks. At first they wanted me to pay to mail back the item they incorrectly sent me! They kept my money but wouldn't even tell me if they had the correct item in stock. I had to put in a PayPal dispute to get my money back. They have the most AWFUL customer service I have ever encountered! I would never order from them again."
