I have called the this number 5 times: ***-***-**** [you press 4 for returns.] I believe I have talked to the same man each time [whoever answers when you press 4]. He has told me that I need to speak with Dick. Anytime I ask for Dick, he is not available. Dick left for the day; he is on break; today he was not feeling well so he went home. I was even sent to a mailbox one time [that sounded generic] that was supposedly for Dick, left a message that was never returned. This has been going on for a few weeks [how much time in your life do you set aside for online returns?] We need to speak with someone NOW. Order #1200093643. We know it's past 30 days--that's why we want to talk with someone about what, if anything, can be done. You obviously inventory the part; I'm sorry it's gone beyond 30 days; we have no other recourse than to try to return this to HomePerfect for SOME monetary value. Today the man laughed at me when I said whenever I ask for Dick he is not available. Let's step up to the plate and perform some customer service. Next step is posting this wherever possible to ensure as many people as possible know what is going on here."

Home Perfect communicated with us via e-mail and delivered the

I was never notified that the faucet was backordered until November (over two and a half months), had I know that it was backordered I would have never ordered it from Home Perfect as I needed it within a week. "This was the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. They sent me the wrong item and then refused to respond to my many emails over the course of several weeks.
