"Not a hard person to please, but this company is no good. Had issues with two items I ordered. I know that Home Perfect is not responsible for the actual boxed items from the manufacturer, but getting the issues resolved was no easy task. First item had missing hardware, called to request these be sent and was told to file a ticket at their website--fine done. Next I was told I had to go to the manufacturer and get a copy of the installation instructions, circle the missing items individually, scan and send back via the ticket despite me very clearly indicating to them the missing items. No problem except that every time you open a ticket, they close it immediately after responding not giving you any chance to respond further. So after every communication, you have to open a new ticket. 3 weeks later, and still no parts or replacement and all they will tell me is they filed a claim with the manufacturer. Second item I ordered was broken upon delivery. Again same issue with tickets being closed out before you can respond. This time had to take pictures and send before they would process the claim and send a new part. New part was finally sent and again was damaged. Repeated the whole damage claim process and was told a third replacement would be sent. One week later they stated they would not send me a replacement and just give me a refund AFTER I boxed up the items and scheduled a pick up with the carrier and the damage claim was settled. Forget calling these people and requesting help, because all they do is tell you to file a help ticket at their website, which they close immediately after they respond without giving you a chance to respond---putting you in an endless cycle of opening new help tickets. So in summary, 1 month later and I have a $1500 medicine cabinet which I can't assemble because of missing hardware, no mirror since the first two were received broken and they decided it wasn't worth it to send a replacement, no refund or response since the initial damage claims. Not happy."
