"I ordered a grid for an FS30 farm sink. According to the spec sheet, the opening for the drain is to the side. The grid arrived with the hole in the center and with no rubber bumper nor rubber feet as specified. I sent pictures of the drain and of the spec sheet twice. I have called customer service many times. I was only able to get through to ext. 155 one time and was told that he would be back in touch. I have still not heard back and when I call today I get the voice mail. Please help..."
