"I ordered a under mount sink and did not like the quality of the product. I must admit your return policy is over the top for restocking (25%). The customer service person I dealt with only charged me 15% after a lot of complaining. Now it cost me $92 to ship the 2 items back. So, let's do the math - I spent $656 for items from Home Perfect, and because the I didn't like those items I had to forfeit almost $200 to return those items.
I will never use your company again. That about sums it up.
