"I ordered a Delta kitchen faucet. The one I received had the correct model number printed on the box, but the faucet inside was the wrong model. It appeared to be an old/discontinued model that had been re-labeled... the box had a Q/C inspection sticker on the back dated December 2008 (5 years ago).

I contacted Homeperfect to request a return authorization and a refund, but they ignored my request. Then they ignored my numerous subsequent emails. I called and spoke with a representative (Paul), who promised to give me a return authorization, but then never did. Then sent more followup emails, which were also ignored. I was finally able to return the faucet for a refund, but only after contacting Visa to reverse the credit card charge... that apparently got their attention better than repeated requests from a customer.

"placed order on fan. It was indicated that order would ship in 2-3 days. My credit card was charged for the purchase. After 5 days I still had received shipping information. I contacted vendor where the replied that the fan was no longer available. Had I not contacted the vendor, who knows how long it would have taken void the transaction."

"Perfection!!! I needed a sink rather quickly for a home improvement project. After speaking with Elizabeth, my customer service representative, she was able to expedite the shipping to that day rather than the following day. Less than 24 hours later the sink was delivered to my doorstep.....faster than if I would have had to go to the store to purchase it.....and the price was $80 less than the local home improvement stores!!! I will definitely use homeperfect again!!! "

"Home Perfect still hasn't shipped my order. It's been about 10 days since I placed the order and I expected a full 10 for shipping, however still nothing. Tracking on the website doesn't work. I tried the internet "chat" function and I got someone to ask "Can I help you" and got no further. After waiting 30-40 minutes for them to respond at all I gave up and exited the site.

I have no idea if the product is quality, will find out once it actually arrives!

"The website said they would ship out the same day if ordered before 1, I ordered at 9 Friday morning, so way before. I really needed the items here latest Tuesday to pass inspection so I relied on them, but they didn't ship out until Monday. Timing was horrible."

"I received an email stating that my items were on backorder. In the email it stated that they would contact me in 48 hours to let me know when the item would be shipped out to me. I heard nothing at all. Then I called their customer support team which was obviously a call center in India. I could not understand one word this person was saying. Her accent was way too thick, and the connection was a bit fuzzy. I still don't know when my order is coming to me."

"Customer Service stinks.
The day after I ordered the item, the price dropped 10%.
I called and asked for a low-price guarantee refund of the difference, which is what companies who care about customer service do.
I was told, in no uncertain terms, to forget about it.
What I won't forget is never to shop at Home perfect again!!
Creating memories? I guess they are good at that.
