"Home Perfect will give you a good price and will ship quickly enough, but you'd better hope that nothing goes wrong with your order! I ordered a Toto toilet in early June and received it about a week later. A few days later I got around to installing it. Everything was fine, except the toilet lid was completely shattered. It was packed loosely in the box and didn't fare well during transit. I called Home Perfect on June 24 and was told the I should receive a new lid directly from Toto within a week or so. After several calls back to Home Pefect, an online ticket submission that was ignored, I'm still waiting for my lid (it's now Aug 26). HomePerfect customer service has told me on three separate occasions that the lid would be shipped, yet never provided me with update or tracking information. At this point I can only conclude that they have deliberately lied to me, with absolutely no intention of ever shipping it to me. I've wasted quite a bit of time on this and have had to live with lidless Toto toilet for far too long. Learn from my mistake and do yourself a favor - go with a vendor that stands behind the sale even if you have to pay a bit more. Good customer service is worth every penny if you end up with a situation like mine."

"Jury is still out. I ordered a Robern cabinet. Emailed 2 days after the order to say too big, please hold order so I could reorder the right size. One day later I received an email that said the item had shipped. This is for an item that was on 3 to 4 week backorder. My project has not started, no one is there to receive or reject the item. I want to order three more cabinets, but will wait to see how this works out. Hopefully the maintenance man at the condo will be able to tell FedEx to return the crate. I was told by Home Perfect's customer service that I would not be charged a recharge fee and that the return shipping would likely not be more than $10. We'll see how this turns out!!!"
