I called and the rep said for about $9.00 they would do a partial shipment. I was supposed to have free shipping because of the size of the order. I'm not waiting a month for towel rings and a toilet paper holder. And I'm not losing the benefit of the bargain by paying them to ship."

"When I ordered a KWC faucet online the website said that one was in stock. After the order was placed and my credit card was charged even though the item was not in stock, I was advised that the item was on back order and would ship in a few weeks. I later received notice that it had been shipped on Aug. 15 from the NJ warehouse to me in Manhattan. It is now Aug 21 and no sign of the faucet. Today I spoke to the office and was told I would get an email update of shipping and I have received no email as of 9:15 PM. I recommend that everyone avoid dealing with this unreliable company."

It. Started well with an order placed with the "chat" service. A promised delivery delay of 3-5 days.
I paid in full with Paypal on Aug. 8 and charged on my credit card on Aug. 9. That part was quick.
Then, when the 5 days expired, I tried to get information on shipment. That part was slow and unclear.
I sent a few notice using the Homeperfect Helpdesk. I got a first answer, saying that the person would check, then no answer back after 3 more messages. Then 12 days later after a couple of phone call in what seemed to be in India, I was told that the shipment was made. In fact it was made during my last phone call.
I can understand delays, but I like to be informed so I can plan. I had to cancel my order, too bad for me and Homeperfect and I will never know if their merchendise is delivered in good condition.
I am sorry but I cannot write a good review and I will have too look for a better alternative than Homeperfect."
"Not sure how to rate - ordered a quantity of 5 of the same product. 3 were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. We were advised 2 were on backorder. However, we were charged immediately for all 5 items, even though the backorder will not be shipped for another 3 to 4 weeks! I have never heard of a company charging for items that have not been shipped. When we called to inquire about this, the service rep spoke such poor English nothing was accomplished with the call."
