"I had a great overall experience with the site, product, and support. The only problem I had is the fact that when I need to exchange the product I was told that I need to pay restocking fee. It would be ok if I just return the product but I exchange it, which should be taken into account.

I also didn't get email regarding my return item and the credit for it.

"HomePerfect performed very well -- and as promised -- on my order for 6 high-end sconces. HomePerfect had the best price and availability: their website said they had 2 in stock. When I called, Christy efficiently confirmed that they did have 2. She added that the 2 would ship the next day, then she took my order over the phone. The 2 did ship the next day -- FedEx -- and arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Christy said that the manufacturer needed 3 to 4 weeks to deliver more of these sconces -- which I confirmed with another retailer -- and the remaining 4 sconces were delivered to my home in just under 4 weeks."

"After ordering I received an email stating a 3-4 week backorder so I canceled the order and instead of cancellation an email tells me that was a mistake and the order was shipped anyway. A following email informed me that in order to return this order that I had already got from another vendor I would have to pay restocking fee. After going around in circles with customer service and getting nowhere, I will never purchase from Home Perfect again."

"The product arrived with missing hardware and was previously used. We have contacted the company more than eight times. They have yet to provide and RMA number so that we can return the product. We will never use this company in the future. Horrible customer service.Beware!!!"

"I decided to browse online for a kitchen sink, faucet, and beverage faucet. I had already found what I was looking for in a retail store, but really wanted a better deal. Home perfect popped up on a google search, and the website was clear and easy to navigate. When I called, the representitive answered quickly, and was very professional. The prices were better than the leading priced retail store, (plus no tax) and was shipped to my door. (Free shipping!) Although, one of the faucets was not in stock, and took a couple weeks to get here, ( I was informed upon purchase, and since I really wasn't quite ready for install,that was fine. The sink is a beautiful metalic grey granite, and the faucets are high quality Hans Grohe. Love them all! I will shop here again. Thank You Home Perfect!"

"I bought a Franke Sink and it ended up being too big for my space. I had a smooth transaction on the original purchase. Also, I had a smooth return process too and did an exchange for a smaller sink. They state on their website that there is a restocking fee, but they reduced it due to my exchange. I had to cover the shipping on the return. The new sink was promised in 3 to 4 weeks and arrived early. Both sinks arrived in perfect condition even though Franke's shipping boxes are not very padded and boxes were a bit beat up. These were shipped by FedEx ground. All parts and instructions included inside the box. On my exchange, I had a credit. It took a while (like a week) to get that processed between Home perfect and the credit card company, but it all worked out fine and without any hassles. They are very professional and they followed up as promised. I'm giving them 4 stars due to the restocking fee and shipping (even though it is stated), but outside of that, I give them 5 stars for the service and being professional and easy exchange process."

"I bought an American Standard Urinal for my man cave in the basement. I also added a cheap Moen soap dish so my total would exceed $100 for free shipping.

The urinal was cracked on the bottom right near the outlet (the important part). I never received the soap dish either. Would not shop again.

"I will never shop at Home Perfect again! They left 2 very important parts out of my original order. It took over a week to get them shipped and did not even consider shipping over night after I told them I would pay for it on multiple occasions. You never get to speak to anyone except foreigners with a bad grasp of the english language in their customer service. I've asked repeatedly to have someone in management call me to no avail. Original order date 6/4/2013 Notified Home Perfect of Missing Parts 6/28/2013 Still waiting for parts and supposed to be delivered 7/10 So Good Bye Home Perfect, never again!

Upon reading the Home Perfect's response to my comments, I would like to reiterate, I have yet to hear from anyone in management at this company nor have I received an apology. If you look at a large number of previous comments for Home Perfect you will see there is a common theme. Ultimately THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. They blame someone else. I would like to know how missing parts (important parts) are left out of an order to begin with. This seems to happen frequently to Home Perfect Customers and then you are stuck at their mercy with no recourse. Tiny detail for HP, if they had shipped my parts overnight as requested I would have my tub today (Tuesday), now that the parts aren't getting here until Wednesday, my plumber is available until Saturday and so I'm waiting 3 more days. Like I said before; NEVER AGAIN HP!
