"I will never purchase from this company again. I bought a sink and a vanity. The sink shipped first and the vanity was on back order for 3-4 weeks. The entire amount was charged to my credit card the day I placed my order. They aren't allowed to charge your card until something ships. Then when my vanity was ready to ship someone called me and demanded $60 for shipping despite their websites claim that your entire order ships for free. Then it took me a week to get someone to tell me when my item was shipping. Phone calls were never returned. I finally had to threaten to cancel my order to get my answer. Every person I talked to was obviously in a call center in India because I could barely understand anything they said. HORRIBLE customer service. Never again."
"I was totally satisfied and pleasantly surprised with my experience with Home Perfect. The customer service representative assured me that Home Perfect had the part I needed and could get it to me quickly. Since 3 other vendors had previously claimed to have it and failed to deliver I was rather on edge when I placed this order. She calmed me down and assured me that I would have it in 2 days (using their free shipping). I was extremely pleased when it arrived 2 days later. I would use Home Perfect again without hesitation."
"I used Home Perfect for my remodeled master bath and it was great until I ordered a shower head that took 5 months to arrive. When I ordered it, it was backlogged for 3-4 weeks. No problem. When it didn't arrive after a couple months I contacted them via e-mail and was told it would be another 1-2 weeks. After more waiting, I contacted them again and sure enough, it would be another 1-2 weeks. In June, I called and spoke with a sales rep as the customer service office was closed, and her comment to me was "There is another customer that has been waiting since January." I guess she thought it would make me feel better that someone else was sharing my misery, but it made me angry and I decided to cancel my order. When I called customer service the next day to cancel, I was told the shower head was on its way to my house and should arrive that afternoon, which it finally did, only 5 months later! I don't understand why Home Perfect didn't contact the manufacturer in China to find out what the delay was so they could be up front with their customers instead of being strung along for months. The bathroom was finished, but the shower couldn't be used. I liked Home Perfect, but they have now lost a loyal customer in me. "
"I have ordered from Home Perfect on 3 separate occasions. I have always received a much better price from them as compared to my local plumbing retail store. In fact, I have saved hundreds of dollars. In comparing prices for sinks and faucets, I have saved up to $200 on each separate item. Mark and

A couple of my items were on back order and I was promised that I would receive them in 2 to 3 weeks, and I did get them in 3 weeks. The free shipping is great also. "I bought a Dornbracht kitchen faucet set. Price was the same as another internet seller, who did not ship when stated, causing me to cancel that order. Home Perfect shipped before the time stated, and items were what I ordered. One part (a nut) had a manufacturing defect, but that was fairly quickly corrected by sending me a replacement part (from Germany). Everything is now installed, and looks and works just fine. I would use Home Perfect again. "

"Good prices. However, I orders a set of 4 outdoors chairs and was told "based upon past experience, I'd expect a week to 10 days to build them and 3 - 4 days to ship. However, it was 7-1/2 weeks before I got them, although my credit card was hit immediately for the charge. During those 7.5 weeks, I spent hours trying to navigate your customer services to get answers. When I called in, I you be routed to our salesperson, who never never answered an never answered voicemails. Only when I threatened to cancel the order and insisted upon talking to someone who could help was I routed to Keysha. Time and time again I was told "the manufacturer said they should ship by ___" and they didn't. While I understand you have little control over manufacturers, I won't be ordering from you again. Worst customer service possible for a very expensive order. I was left with the impression I could not trust anything your employees told me. "

Two weeks after order I was informed it would be a 4-5 week back order. I cancelled that item and found it elsewhere where I got it in a week.
Home Perfect charges your credit card for the entire order, not when items are shipped. A little shady for my taste and experience."

"I have had a nightmare with this company. I ordered a shower trim kit. When I ordered/purchased the item it was confirmed that it was in stock and would be sent. When I received the item in the mail, it was just part of the kit. When I called the company (having to deal with customer service in India for 2 days)They told me that the rest of the kit was out of stock and would not be getting more in. I was finally given a number for someone who could help me. My accout had been charged for the complete kit 3 weeks prior. I was given a return label (after I had to request that they pay for my return). I was charged for the item on 5/1, I sent in the part of the kit I had on 5/29, it was delivered to them on 6/6, it is now 6/25 and I still have not been reimbursed for the item. This company misrepresented their inventory, I would never use this company again!"
